1. Listeners of the ages 18 years and older may participate in New 92 contests.
2. All contests may be extended/terminated at station’s discretion at anytime.
3. You are entered by being the 9th caller at 803-742-9292 or some other means to enter is explained on air, via the world wide web or text messaging. WWNU is not responsible for failure of any caller to successfully dial the radio station, including the phone lines being busy and/or inoperative; nor is WWNU responsible for any lost, misdirected or disconnected calls. WWNU is not responsible for any data not transmitted properly via the internet or telephone data transmission.
4. Prize may be removed from any contest at anytime at the stations discretion.
5. No purchase necessary.
6. Employees of WWNU / Columbia Radio Group / Barrington Broadcasting and their immediate families, employees of other radio stations within the Columbia radio market and vendors of WWNU / WACH are not eligible to win. Judges decisions are final.
7. Winners agree to hold WWNU, their employees, directors and officers, harmless from all claims arising from any contest prize.
8. By participating, players consent to being recorded for broadcast and to the use of their name, voice, and likeness for promotional purposes for WWNU without additional compensation. WWNU reserves the right to use all contestants for WWNU publicity.
9. All appreciative taxes relative to the cash prizes or prizes over $600.00 will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. As a contest winner you may not win another prize, cash or other within 30 days of any other contest win.
11. All prizes have no cash value and may not be redeemable for such, no exchanges or transfers. In the event a prize is not available, a substitution of equal value may be awarded by the station at it's discretion.
12. Prizes may be picked up at the New 92 Studios at 1010 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC 29210 during regular business hours 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday unless those days are a regularly recognized holiday. Business offices will be closed on those days.
13. All prizes must be picked up within 30 days of winning or the prize will be forfeited without notification.
